Chuẩn bị:

- Backup các dữ liệu quan trọng của điện thoại trước khi thực hiện.

- Điện thoại của bạn phải được Root và cài bản mới nhất của CWM Recovery (bản 6.0.4.4 hoặc cao hơn ) hoặc TWRP Recovery (bản 2.6.3.1 hoặc cao hơn )Bạn có thể tham khảo qua : Cài custom Recovery cho nhiều thiết bị Android

- Bật chế độ USB debugging trên điện thoại của bạn. Nên xem qua: Hướng dẫn bật chế độ USB Debugging trên điện thoại Android

- Sạc pin của bạn trên 80%

- Download và cài đặt USB Driver cho máy tính của bạn.

Hướng dẫn cài Android 4.4.2 AOSB KitKat Custom ROM cho Galaxy Nexus I9250

1. Kết nối điện thoại tới máy tính và Coppy 2 file donwload ở trên vào bộ nhớ SDcard của thiết bị. (không giải nén)
2. Rút cap USB ra
3. Tắt thiết bị của bạn đi và chờ trong 1 lúc.
4. Khởi động vào chế độ Bootloader Mode. Bằng cách nhấn và giữ 3 nút Volume Up + Power + Volume Down .
5. Tại màn hình chọn BOOTLOADER sau đó chọn RECOVERY. Nên xem qua: Cách vào chế độ Recovery trên Android
6. Khi trong chế độ Recovery thì bạn sử dụng 2 phím tăng giảm âm lượng để di chuyển và nút power để lựa chọn.
7. Chọn Wipe Data / Factory Reset chọn Yes để thực hiện.
8. Chọn  Wipe cache partition rồi chọn Yes.
9. Vào advanced ->Wipe Dalvik Cache và cũng chọn Yes để tiến hành.
10. Tiếp đên chọn  install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard và chọn file ROM mà bạn đã coppy vào điện thoại ở trên. Chọn YES để flash ROM.
11. Làm tương tự như trên đối với file Gapps.
12. Chọn reboot system now để Reboot lại thiết bị của bạn.
